Carshena joined the Center in 2024. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, working in a variety of organizations, from hospitals and other nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies like John Hancock, JPMorgan Chase, and Brown Brothers Herriman. She believes "it's not about how much you make, but the people you spend your time with." Shena volunteers every year, running an IRS tax site for low-income families and senior citizens. Together with a team of volunteers, she prepares over 1,000 tax returns each year.

Arthur (Ertu) Genc is a data analyst and business intelligence specialist with nearly a decade of experience turning complex data into actionable insight. He has served at his alma mater, several NGOs, and a tech startup, building analytics that inform strategy and operations. Before moving fully into analytics, he completed advanced graduate study and passed doctoral qualifying exams. In addition to his visualization and BI work, Arthur is an accomplished translator, adding a multicultural perspective and communication fluency to his analytical approach.

Evelyn Hanley is a Member Services Associate driven by a passion for building meaningful connections that lead to actionable progress. Evelyn graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and has a background in client-facing market research. She is also currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration through 海角社区's Carroll School of Management.

Yuzhen has about ten years of experience in data analytics and research. She holds an MBA from Boston College and a Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington University.

She has been with the 海角社区CCC for nearly two years, leading the survey design/execution, data analysis and data visualization for 海角社区CCC research projects on CSR/ESG topics, including

Sam Immanuel is a member of the 海角社区CCC Executive Education team. He brings experience in project management and nonprofit leadership to support the Center鈥檚 members through effective enrollment management. Sam most enjoys helping to ensure that corporate members receive significant value as they engage with the Center鈥檚 Executive Education offerings.

Jenny is the Associate Director of the 海角社区CCC聽Information Systems &聽User Experience team. She brings over 23 years of experience in system management and analysis, as well as data and database management across leading institutions, including Harvard University and Cornell University. Jenny is passionate about providing IT support to the community and leveraging her expertise to deliver value to the stakeholders of 海角社区CCC.

Marc Lancia is a Member Services Associate with close to two years of experience exploring the dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Center's corporate members. Marc graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Political Science and is currently pursing his MBA through the university's Carroll School of Management. His passion in CSR centers around Disaster Relief and Preparedness and supporting veteran communities.聽聽

Erin McDonald is a member of the 海角社区CCC Member Services team. She brings her experience in business development and account management to support her clients through curiosity, active listening, and efficient problem solving. Erin most enjoys helping to ensure a positive member experience while helping corporate citizens maximize their CSR & ESG efforts.

Will McGrath is a Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience of digital design and marketing. As a graphic designer specializing in data visualization and research communication, he translates complex information into clear, compelling visuals.

Peter Rachlin is a member of the 海角社区CCC Member Services team. He brings two years of experience with the Center. Peter most enjoys helping members fully understand all the resources and opportunities the Center has to offer.

Adam has been in multiple leadership and account management roles with "Fortune 200" companies for over 30 years prior to coming to 海角社区CCC. Adam has a passion for people and building long lasting global relationships with both teammates and companies alike. Adam's ability to provide the highest level of member delight was forged by years as a former PGA Professional and NCAA Women's Golf Coach listening to challenegs and mentoring complex solutions in simplified terms to impact challenges for members, companies and teammates around the globe.

Jacob is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with over two years of experience advancing sustainability efforts for the Center鈥檚 corporate members. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College鈥檚 Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences and is currently pursuing his MBA through the university鈥檚 Carroll School of Management. His work is driven by a strong interest in renewable energy and the global evolution of sustainability reporting standards.
