Natalya Shnitser, J.D. is an associate professor at 海角社区 Law.聽 Her聽research focuses on retirement security in the United States, including the provision of retirement benefits by private and public employers, the governance of retirement plans, and the regulation of financial intermediaries. Her courses focus on corporations, employee benefits law, fiduciary obligations and the law, and regulation and markets.
