Apply now for the Working for and With Communities Program!
Applications for the 2026 Working For and With Communities program are now open!
The Working For and With Communities program consists of a spring course and a summer internship, including three weeks working with community partners abroad. Participants will spend three weeks in Santiago, Chile, collaborating with Hogar de Cristo (HdC), a nonprofit supporting Chile鈥檚 most vulnerable populations. In partnership with Universidad Alberto Hurtado (UAH), a Jesuit university known for its commitment to social justice, you'll work with HdC鈥檚 S煤mate program鈥攕econd-chance schools helping students rejoin the education system.

COP30 Application Process Underway
Final decisions will be communicated around the end of听Summer 2025.听
The application is underway for Boston College faculty and students to join the University鈥檚 official delegation to COP30, the 30th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), taking place in Bel茅m, Brazil, from November 10鈥21, 2025.听Second round applications are currently under review and final delegation decisions will be announced toward the end of the summer.
